To park your Tesla, put the car in Park and set the parking brake. To turn off your Tesla, press the Power button once.

To make sure your Tesla is off, press the brake pedal and the gear selector at the same time, then release the gear selector.

Press and hold both the brake pedal and the scroll wheels on the steering wheel for 3 seconds.

Press and hold both the steering wheel scroll wheels until the screen turns off.

Press and hold both the brake pedal and the scroll wheel until the touchscreen displays the power off slider. Slide the power off slider to the right to turn off your Model Y.

To turn off a Tesla Model S, press the brake pedal and hold the power button until the car powers down.

Press and hold both the brake pedal and the gear selector for 3 seconds to turn off a Tesla Model 3.

To turn a Tesla 3 off, press and hold the brake pedal and the right stalk down for 3 seconds.

To turn off a Tesla, press and hold both the brake pedal and the right scroll wheel until the car chimes.

Tesla charging stations use a proprietary connector that allows for high-speed charging. They are typically located near major roadways and can charge a Tesla car from 0-80% in about 45 minutes.
